This class was designed by Tony Sanchez, a highly respected teacher and a student of Bikram’s since the early 70’s. The postures are derived from the Bishnu Ghosh Lineage, some of which you will be familiar with from the Bikram Method class. The postures help to strengthen your upper body as well as your core muscles, stabilizing your lower spine and improving your overall posture.  A great challenge, beginners are welcome!

With the aim of increasing circulation to the joints, poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body. A meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of your inner space, and increase your flexibility. Highly recommended! Add some yin to your yang!
